Second one looks a lot better (even though I think the image works well enough even without "Lets Do This").
If you still need/want to keep "Spill.com" on the shirt, I'd put it on the back, maybe somewhere near or on the upper torso, in between the shoulder blades under the Spill logo or around the Spill logo.
