Here are the rules. You have to start in the exact same condition and have the same resources you have now. What are you going to do when the undead invade the earth?
I would leave with as much food and supplies I could carry. I camp, hike and hunt so I'd grab my rifles, ammo, camo gear (for humans not zombies) I'd probably raid an army surplus store or a bike store for there bike armour ex. if I had time. I'd probably head up north (outside a city of some kind and when I need something I can dash in, grab it and get the hell out of there) and keep my eyes open for survivors, I'd form a group quickly. We'd probably wait out a couple a winters killing any zombie that gets close, we'd also probably go out in parties and kill them too. We'd wait until the zombies muscles and the like turn to crap from being frozen and thawed a bunch. Thats my plan it would probably work unless the army nukes everything then......... I got nothing.
I have a mace I made in high school, so my melee weapon ready and indestructible. I am also a crack shot with my .22 mag, so that frees me up to carry a butt load of ammo. As for food I have 11 cases of MRE's at the animal shelter where I work so food is no problem. My only weakness will be the drive to save my immediate family members
