All depends on how cool WALL-E really is. So far he seems like a doofy little robot where as CO-HOST has some serious tude. As of right now without having watched the movie I's say CO-HOST 1 WALL-E 0

Co-Host is more a fighter and WALL-E is more a lover... I'll go with WALL-E since he actually has arms and can roll around and pick up things as a waste management machine. Co-Host just um... I think I saw him zap Korey once to stop him from shooting himself in the Disaster Movie review, but that and running his mouth off are about the only powers I can think of.
