I never stay up more for a full day. Once I realize I can't sleep for 24 hours, I'll chug some Nyquil and let that do its thing.

the longest movie session would have to be a few years back. me and a friend watched every David Lynch movie and Twin peaks the series in one sitting. what a day and night that was. Good times

For the past few months I haven't been able to fall asleep most of the time until 6-10 am..which really fucks with me and is why I have missed a lot of class...I've had insomnia since I was like 10 or 11..but it's at it's worst now.

lately, been good. but about two months ago, I was going to bed at 7 am, with the blankets covering the windows, and waking back up at noonish. so I guess that only makes 19 hours or so being awake (kinda).

I dont lack sleep, really, I just dont get it at night. If I stay up over 24 hours I find my chest hurts when I take a deep breath and my legs feel heavy and achy.

Today I wen to bed at 10am, after being awake since noon the previous day. I woke up at 1pm. If I were to give my sleep patterns a Spill review it would be somewhere between some old bullshit and Fuck YOU!
