Oh I know... I don't have a job, so don't need a 'schedule' at the moment. But I'm also a night-owl by nature, and I've been on a work from home schedule for the last year or so. So I've gone from sleeping at 8pm-4am all the way to going to bed at 11am-6pm. Sadly, I'm averaging around 4-5hrs of sleep on a GOOD day. Most of the time, it's about 3-4hrs.
I used to have sleep apnea which was having a really bad effect on overall health. So after some down in hospital I was given an oxygen machine and told to live off the damned thing, anytime I'm in the house. That's nearly been two years now and I think the effect has worked too well. Now I'm always awake, and it's a real task to try and actually get some sleep. I've gone from sleeping ALL the time, to being awake ALL the time in just two years.
The thing with me is - I like to be up when nobody else in the house is. I like the silence. I like the freedom. It's not that I dislike people, I get along famously with most everyone, but I do love my alone time.
Oh and also, living here in Newfoundland, the time differences with the rest of North America makes it so that I am just going to bed when alot of my internet buddies are going to sleep at "normal hours". I am 4.5 hours ahead of the West Coast of North America, so at 12 or 1 when they are just winding down, its 4:30 or 5:30 here...

Well if you've known me long enough you’ve known I've always fancied myself a sort of cook. Now I don't have dreams of being Anthony Bourdain, Gordon Ramsey, or any of those other great Chefs, nope, I have the skills of a bar cook and I have no qual…

People often ask me how many times I see a movie before reviewing it, and with rare exceptions the answer is "Just once." But a week and a half after I saw Sherlock Holmes, I found that the film had all but disappeared from my m…
