Welcome to Happy Harbor Review
We kick off with a scene involving ‘young justice’ helping the rouge Speedy stop a shipment lead by a very bulky mob boss adversary who seems to know about Green Arrow. We are given a showcase of the team in action and the team using their superpowers and abilities. It was a nice 5mins of action to kick off the episode. The league tries to convince Speedy to re-join the team but he despises the justice league, still holding a grudge from the first two episodes.
QUOTES
“I’m done letting arrow and the league telling me what to do”
“You junior justice league is a joke”
I’m sure we will see Speedy sooner into the series.
We now see our heroes settling in a hidden mountain headquarters of the justice league with Android Red Tornado assigned as their mentor. Our heroes are put to the test against a new villain named Mister Twister that is causing disturbance who wants to face a “superior” superhero to test his strength.

At first you’d notice he looks similar to Red Tornado which was spotted by Miss Martian but upon realising that he is NOT Red Tornado but something made from a new upcoming villain, The team loses trust and faith in her which causes a rift between the team. This episode was not the greatest openings but yet i can’t dismiss that we are going to get episodes like this to help the characters grow throughout the series. At the moment, the team are on early days in becoming the solid team that there are capable off and without a leader (yet) the team must jell in their surroundings and with each other. Robin, Kid Flash, Aqualad and Superboy all return in this episode and we are finally introduced to the newest addition to the team, Miss Martian, relative to Martian Manhunter. As much as i did found her sweet and adorable at times, she was a bit too desperate to fit in, e.g. burning cookies.

Note: Very much reminds me of Starfire in Teen Titans (TV Series) and her dealing with trying to fit into earth's cultures and the team.
When you are too desperate to please you tend to behave rationally that could cause the team harm in the end. She lacks confidence than her other team mates but through the end she held her own in managing to win me over the team with her abilities similar to Martian Manhunter. I hope to see how she develops in the series with the team.
Note: watch out for the amazingly-directed action sequence with the team’s tag team finishing move against Mister Twister.
Overall, the third episode of 'Young Justice' was an action-packed, funny offering and shows off the characters personalities of each hero which leaves me eagerly anticipating for more characters to join the frame as well as more of a glimpse into the teens' lives out of costume as the show progresses.
