there are 3 Famous Dave's in Texas as I can see, but the closest one might be to far away. I think Korey might be going with a catering company that's closer or in Austin.

But here is the one thing main thing peeps!
Korey wants guests to be guest and nothing more.
Even if you want to help cook, he doesn't want you to do that, because you are his special guests and he wants you to feel at home and be social and have fun.
This in his mind is vacation and not supposed to be work for any of us.

I am not even sure if my last comment was correct in saying what I did, but I was just trying to get a point across is all. {Contributions etc etc..}

is there something we can do for Korey that doesn't include us cooking at the party or making monetary contributions?
Just a heads up. At the first party he did pay for everything and was a great host and might I add he made a great chauffeur ;) LOL

So how about some brain storms for doing something nice for him.
A Korey Plushy? LOL
A bottle of booze for him to drink on the next ACOCO or LDT?
Or maybe even something else entirely.

oh, if you stay at a hostel it is so much cheaper.

there is really no need for a fancy hotel room, unless you have to have one, but hostels are really nice too, and you can rent your own private room if you must.

It's lookin that my ticket for round trip will be costing the same. If we don't go all out and have a BBQ, or if we do, I will offer to cook I love cooking, I'm sure others will cook too? I think people really need to say if they are coming for sure. It doesn't make sense for Korey to go all out with the Catering if people are not going to be there.
