I have the 60GB version
- 4 USB ports
- 3 different memory card slots includng SD and Pro Duo
- Backwards compatability
oh and my HD is upgraded to 120 GB. anyone can go this and there are many instructions you can find on google.com

The original 60gb ver. is the best. It has backwards compatibility for PS1 and PS2 games and about 4 memory card slots.
