Draco Malfoy,
For just being a rich brat for one reason. He in my opinion gives rivals {to Potter} a bad name.
His character to me, seems to has changed since the first movie.
He whines and snivels a lot more.
Although I still wonder or my memory is just bad {LOL}, but I wonder if he knows that his Father is in league with Voldemort. -

Umbridge who represents the kind of control freak government that try to brain wash the people from a young age. Rita Skeeter the in your face TMZ nonsense the keeps me from watching T.V. All of J.K. Rowlings characters tend to represent facets of society that we each see every day. Umbridge is by far my lest favorite because government controlling every aspect a ones life is my lest favorite thing.

Umbridge deffo, shes just nuts - her valiant belief in the minsterys ways and that children have no need to learn acutal spells or practice magic, and the fact she tortures everyone in the school (almost) denys any young wizard or witch the chance to bloom there magical prowess i think only helps strength voldermorts army in comparission.
And on top of that, she tortures potter, for saying the truth!, shes evil, no doubt about it, almost as bad in voldermort just in a different way. -
