But seriously folks LEOG is the 2nd largest group on Spill.com this all started out a little rough to the point where I didn't even know if the podcast was gonna happen but it did and now we have over 200 members thats insane considering I started the group about a month before the show even started but thanks to Cyrus and Leon for doing what they can to give us one at least every 2 weeks and you guys for listening and joining the club and yes that thank you will go to you if you join so join now.

Is anyone else disappointed in the fact that NO ONE in the last LEOG Time Travel podcast had one frakking word to say about time travel's impact on the Planet of the Apes? The fact that time travel is both the undepinning contruct of POTA, and the seeds of its own narrative distruction, is one of the most heartbreaking philosophical tautologies of geekdom. Did our own warmongering folly create a world governed by our opposible thumb-having relatives, or did our quest for the stars? In other words, did nuclear holocaust create talking apes, or did Charton Heston, by leaving the keys in the time-travel rocket for Zira and Cornelius to go back, get busy and have Ceasar? The third through fifth movies, while awesomeness personified, completely wreck the thought train created in the first two. I'm sad this wasn't discussed.

I was just wondering what the LEOG opinion is on graded comics(CGC)? I myself am torn. i mean is it a good way to turn your favorite comic into a expensive mantle piece or keeping the speculation age waiting in the shadows for just the right time, to once again try to kill comics?

Listening to old episodes of the LEOG I have to remind Leon of Echo, Maya Lopez, who is both a hot dark haired Hispanic chick and a Native American without fringe.
White Tiger is also a Hispanic female superhero but she's not a Native American. . . I think.

Just got back from Dallas Comic Con 2010. Great show. The Attendance was Shockingly high. With the weather what it was I was expecting the numbers to be low. I guess you can't deny the power of Adam Hughes.
Any of you in Texas/Oklahoma and the surrounding area should check it out next time. I think it's in August or September. Mark Walters puts them on. He's a great guy and he always gets good guests- both comic and media.
I've told the League guys about it. I really think they should out in an appearance it the show. There'd be plenty of opportunities for interviews with hot shots, has beens, will be and who dats?.
