While there is no way currently to technically set the limit, the Lounge is for posting of information by the LEOG crew and where appropriate inside of a pre-existing post, questions for us.

If you have a question you want answered on a LEOG podcast, there's only one way that we give it the time of day, and that's to post it in the appropriate "Questions For" forum post when it goes up (almost always by Leon). I realize there's not always a current "Questions For" post up (so we don't have to sort through 1500 questions when the time comes) but you can be patient.

Any questions sent to us through 'send message' or in any other place will be ignored.

If you have a general question you want answered without worrying about it being in the podcast, put it on the comment wall or (more likely to get answered) on our FAQ pages.

@Diego John Stewart is going to be interesting again?  I guess it's time to look into reading Green Latern Books once more.

And thanks to everybody's kind words.  I'll be off to see my dad tomorrow. Which reminds me, I need to go onto fandago.com and buy some tickets to ensure we have seats for Star Trek. :D  I'm really excited to get to see him.

Yes, it does, Doc. It's one of those "Why has no one thought of that before" scenarios, much like Hawkeye's role during the Battle of New York in The Avengers (the "be our eye in the sky and feed the team tactical data" role, not the "stay out of harm's way while the big boys deal with this" joke that I just can't stand).

The whole Fialkov-debacle aside, I'm looking forward to see what happens after the creative shake-up. It looks like every major human Lantern has his own book now (Hal in GL, John in Corps, Guy in Red Lanterns, Kyle in New Guardians and, still paying his dues, Simon in JLA), and I'm hoping that will help revitalize some of the more underplayed characters. The GL line is, I believe, in serious need of revitalization: the current general interest in the line is nowhere near the point it was in after Blackest Night (admitedly, after BN it could only go down, but I didn't expect it to go straight down like it did)...

Damn, Diogo. You beat me to it. Was just going to say how excited I am about the GL books after reading the direction the new writers are going. Makes total sense to have a Marine in charge of a "Corps."

Just when I thought I was out...

Yep, the main story has been, so far, unsalvageable. The initial setup, of Ultron winning and the heroes being forced to fight back could have been interesting if Bendis hadn't gone too far for there to be any exit other than time travel, which was when the series turned from mediocre to plain bad... Some of the tie-ins, on the other hand, are very good.

This interview with Van Jansen has me excited to see what will happen in GLCorps post-Wrath of the First Lanterns. I love how he fully acknowledges that recent writers have failed to write John Stewart to his fullest potential. Maybe now will be John's time to shine.

Age of Ultron, this is a crapfest. Think the only issues I liked were the satellites, in particular the Avengers Assemble issue where Captain Britain and Marvel hold off the Ultron invasion.

Hello League

First off wanna say that I have been listening to the LEOG for a couple years now as one of the many Silent fans you guys have gained doing the show, and I cannot believe you guys are ending after what seem like such a short time. I can remember a lot of late shifts spent listening to your guys. Hearing all of you interrupt each other with drunken witticisms and ball breaking insults. I will truly miss the LEOG, but I cant drawl on forever about what I'm gonna miss because you guys will all still be around and thats  what makes this pill a bit easier to swallow, [please go ahead and pause for someone to interrupt with a penis joke (probably Rubio)] anyway I wanted to ask a favor of the league if I could.

I will be moving to Austin sometime late this summer and will be coming in mid June, and I would love to be able to hang out with you guys and get to know the crazy assholes who have given me so many good comics to read and laughs at others expense. However I also hope I could ask for some of the Leagues wisdom in a matter I think most of you would be familiar with. you see, I'm and artist and I want to get more into the art scene of games, comics. movies, ect... as well as the industry, such as concept work, posters, covers, pencil interiors what have you. I just graduated with my BA in art and wanted to know where would be a good place to look for work as an artist just starting out in Austin. Any info or advise you could give me would be infinitely appreciated. However, i've been rambling for too long so all I can say to you good lords and ladies for all the good times is this.

LONG .......LIVE.......THE LEAGUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!

Extended trailer with more information regarding the show's set-up. Looking good (I don't know if he had a hand in writing the script for the pilot, but that S.H.I.E.L.D. line was pure Whedon)!

@Detfink - I meant in a contemporary way where we have an action-heavy sci-fi show that could reach for more of the masses than what's currently showing on Sy-Fy (god, I shutter every time I write Sy-Fy.  It reads like a low-end Techno band).  Not in content, but in cross-genre appeal.  Once again, I've only seen the small trailers, so there's not a whole lot to go on.

@Composite Who Horrible - Better comparison with the content.  Maybe even X-files?

Oh and over in Marvel, it's "Hammer time!" *busts a move* ;)

RIP Dial H and Demon Knights...two outstanding titles.

Pretty much the writing was on the wall that WB is looking over the shoulder of the editors, chief creative officers. The word is cancel if it doesn't sell.

So does this mean the New 52 will eventually become 52 books about Batman? Dunno.

Reminds me a lot of when Marvel was re-organizing itself when it came out of Bankruptcy in 1998 and then again when it was bought by Disney.

What you are going to see is A LOT of constant re-booting because kids today only have the attention span to collect 4-5 issues then drop. For whatever reason kids love that #1...and will forfeit continuity.

I think I came in on Uncanny X-men at #156 then hunted shop by shope and back tracked all the way to #50...keep in mind this predates the Internet and Wikipedia. That's not going to happen for my kid. She's like I want it NOW or I am onto something else. So business changes as a result...these times are a changing.
