This Week the LEOG Disassembles IRON MAN(2) and SEQUELS. Get your questions in.
A superhero who drinks too much??? Seriously, how is Iron Man not the LEOG's mascot???
This week , riding the coattails of in honor of the hero of the biggest movie of the summer and what may prove to be the biggest sequel of all time, the League of Extremely Ordinary Gentlemen will devote this week's to the original "Golden Avenger": IRON MAN.
And just sweeten the pot we're gonna kick off a discussion on all the great (and not-so-great) 2nd movie sequels that have come up to now.
...and by "all", I mean as many as we can get to before we pass out. Because we get to that there'll be all monkeyshines and surprises you've come to expect from us. Not to mention teases to some bigger surprises we have coming up in the near future.
Okay, enough wasting time here. Start sending those questions to us right away. We're gonna start recording this episode before you know it! We'll probably start the drinking now so we can be prepared by Wednesday.

How would you improve some sequals? For example what made Transformers 2 fall down when TF1 did so well?

I guess that depends on your definition of "well". I hated TF1 so much that I didn't even bother to go see TF2, and from the sounds of it, it was one of the best decisions I could have made.
TF1 was a terrible movie that made money because people wanted to see Transformers on the big screen. Once they saw how bad that was, a lot of people didn't want to repeat the experience again. -

Not really a question, but still Iron Man related.
I recently read Iron Man #225 (Chapter 1 of the original Armor Wars storyline) and I have to admit that I felt a little ill when I read the words "burrito pudding". Ugh. Good call on passing on that, guys. -
