Just because Big Daddy Cyrus will be gone for a few weeks that doesn't mean that the League of Extremely Ordinary Gentlemen gets to skip doing its homework. This week (and probably next week as well) we'll be taking a glimpse at all of the hopefully cool things we have to look forward to in the Fall of 2012. this may be the last bit of goodness we get before the Mayan prophecy come to fruition, so enjoy it!
Hey, how about for ol' times sake we answer some questions this week? Whuddayasay, huh? Throw me some good non-Breaking Bad questions.

Permalink Reply by Dorian Gray on September 4, 2012 at 5:37pm For me Homeland was the best season of TV from last year (sry Breaking Bad). I don't remember you guys really talking about it at all so I was wondering if you guys had finally gotten around to watching it?

Are there any titles you wish were announced or relaunched for Marvel Now ? Also what are your quick thoughts on Avengers Vs X-men?
Long live Michael Clark Duncan and the LEOG!

It seems to me that the New 52 has gone from being exciting and new (ish) to turning to the things that we've all disliked about the big two in recent years. Even some of the great Vertigo titles have fallen off the quality tree, leaving only a handful of books that are worth reading anymore. That being said, do you think the now-old 52 has any hope of becoming something better than it is, or do you predict a continuation of it's downward spiral? Do you think anything good can come of the upcoming "Trinity War" that they've been "planning" since the first issues of the reboot?
All the best to Cyrus and his father, and as always: Long Live the League!
Permalink Reply by Brutuxan on September 4, 2012 at 6:02pm Kind of a basic question here, but what show out of the entire fall schedule do you think has the potential to captivate your interest from the very start? Will it be Walking Dead, Dexter, or some new series?!
Thanks, and Long Live the League!
Dear LEOG,
With Arrow premiering soon, the creators have said that they are staying away from characters with superpowers. But, do you think if they wrote a 3-5 episode arc with Green Arrow working with Green Lantern, a throwback to their very popular run, that it could possibly warm people to the idea of Green Lantern and help take some of the bad press the movie gave him.

With the Hobbit recently announced to be split into three parts, are there any films that you think should have had the same treatment?

With the fall season coming up, I can only think of one thing (not pussy): HALLOWEEN! What new horror or Halloween-related stuff are looking forward to this year? Ideas for costumes for the LEOG Halloween party, maybe?
Long live the League!

Now that we are approaching Oscar season, I would love to know: what upcoming films do you have the highest hopes for? Personally, I'm looking forward to P.T. Anderson's The Master the most.
Thanks and long live the league.

My question is about the fall TV lineup, more specifically the new shows. A lot of it sounds pretty bad (Elementary, Made in Jersey, The Mob Doctor), some stuff could be promising (Revolution), and others seem more appropriate for the silver screen (Last Resort). My question is what new show are you looking forward to the most? Which new show do you think will be the worst? And how far do you think they can stretch the movie-sized plot of Last Resort (surely not beyond two seasons, and even that's a stretch)?
Love listening to the show every week, keep up the phenomenal work!
Sincerely Jesse Plemons' (AKA Ginger Matt Damon) biggest fan (he's in everything now!),
