If it's crap ... We'll tell you
This week the League of Extremely Ordinary Gentlemen will focus on upcoming movies and brief look back at the films that stood out in 2012, so far.
Sorry we weren't really able to get to the questions last week as I'd hoped, so we still have those to draw from.
...Unless you guys manage ask even more interesting questions this week.
Any early contenders for worst of 2012? I know we're only slightly into the 3rd quarter here, but as long as we're doing a retrospective/preview, might as well talk about what sucked ass this year. Be brutal!
Love the podcast.
Some would argue that Steven Spielberg hasn't made a great film in a decade, with that said do you have high expectations for Lincoln and with the help of Daniel Day-Lewis inevitable Oscar performance can this be Spielberg's return to greatness.
Thanks and Long Live the League.
You guys talked about upcoming TV shows last week, but you didn't talk about any animated shows! Are there any that you're excited about returning, or are there any that you're interested in seeing for the first time? For me, I'm excited to see the return of Young Justice, but I'm a little wary of the new CG Batman.
Thanks for answering my question!
Peace from Korea
Council of LEOG,
What film do you feel has the most potential to be a surprise hit? In other words, what aren't you expecting much from but may just yet make your top ten if it exceeds expectations?
Any of you guys excited for the fourth season of Community?
I'm not sure if you will do a Video Game section but, if not, I wanted to know what were some of the LEOG's most anticipated games for this Fall? Mine would be Halo 4 and Dishonored. Thanks for answering and League Live the Long.
What are some of the worst comics you have read this year so far? Also, do you think Walter White will join S.H.E.I.L.D at the end of Breaking Bad ?
Long Live The League
Why does Michael Bay hate us? Or, more importantly, why does he hate himself by bringing down the wrath of almost every fanbase in existence upon his own head?
Turns out Warner Home Entertainment decided to make a Christmas Story 2. My question is simply this, Do you think its a sign of the end of times? The trailer is below if you want to see for yourself. Long Live the League!
that doesn't exist.... it has to be fake, plus there already was a sequel. It was called A Summer Story. Stil it can't be real..... can it? I think my childhood and Christmas spirit just died for good.
With so many great things coming out this fall (Hobbit, Skyfall, Wreck-it Ralph), are there any comics/movies/TV series that you are dreading coming out this fall?
