Permalink Reply by BleakGod on April 2, 2012 at 11:33am A Game of Thrones question? I know original.
Dear League,
3 questions to choose from
What does a show like Game of Thrones need to up the last season, in other words: does anyone at the table have an idea as to how the show could somehow get better. Which plot line is the most interesting to each member of the league (if it couldn't be Peter Dinkladge's character)? And does any member of the league believe there is a show on television that is more entertaining then G.O.T.
Thanks and love all that spill has to offer, but most especially the league,
LONG LIVE THE LEAGUE!

2 questions on Game of Thrones.
With the introduction of many characters and many storylines( and more to come), how do you think the show will handle this? This problem was seen on the very first episode by the fact that we only saw Arya for a quick glance, which I do think it was handle very well, but might get worst as the show goes along.
Also for the crew the read the books, how do you feel about the changes that were made?Like the fact that Cersei put her tail between her legs when confronting Joffrey.

Even though Book 3 in A Song Of Ice and Fire is one of the best things I've read, does any member of the LEOG feel like George RR Martin dropped the ball with books 4 & 5? It took me months to finish those books, although Book 5 really started kicking into high gear near the end, but Book 4 was awful, due to the removal of the best characters and rather aimless plot.
Permalink Reply by Silent Protagonist on April 2, 2012 at 12:45pm Book 4 was all the bad parts of a story cramed into one book, its boring , slow and you see the twist coming a mile away. But I dont get the hate for A Dance With Dragons, Tyrion's story get me excited, we have what can only described as the first a book training montage, atleast that I ever heard of, with Jaime, and also the plots of Jon Snow and Dany are fantastic.

On March 31, 2012 Bungie (the guys who made Halo) officially shut down their online servers and Microsoft took over the reins. Thus, ending a their long running era of fan dedication and support. My question is, what things from your childhood have you seen go quietly into the night?
Peace and long live the League
P.S. I'm loving the Leon and Cyrus segment at the start of the show. Keep it up.

This December, we are finally getting the Hobbit movie from Peter Jackson. It's being split into two movies, which I don't have a problem with, but the second part is coming out in December of 2013: a WHOLE YEAR later. Is this longer than y'all want to wait? Or do you think it's justifiable? Maybe it's better for Pete and crew to take their time. Also, what would you like Peter Jackson to take on next? An original film or maybe another adaptation that could benefit from his filmmaking? Thanks for kicking ass and entertaining me for hours every single week. LONG LIVE THE LEAGUE

The Internet has given us many memorable April Fool's jokes over the years, but what are some of your favourite practical ones from the days before the Web?

What are your opinions on the Legend of Korra pilot and what do you want to see the new show achieve?

Game Of Thrones has become a smash hit not only with fans of fantasy but regular TV watchers too. What do you think is the secret to bringing a big fantasy series like G.O.T's to a bigger non nerd fan base.
