Good lord, over half of you just blatantly ignored what I wrote about no DC/Marvel. I weep for the future. This discussion...is closed. Keep your eyes peeled in a week or so for Questions for LEOG Volume 2: Issue 2.

That's right. Volume 2. It's a new year and a new count. We're starting off this time with something we haven't done before: No mainstream Marvel. No mainstream DC. Hell, we might even end up with no superheroes. Believe it or not there's some bad ass stuff going on with Vertigo, Oni Press, Avatar, Image, Dark Horse, Boom, Dynamite, etc, etc, that you haven't heard much from us on. That's the way we're gonna roll with LEOG 2/1 so make sure your questions lead down those directions if they are comic related otherwise you can be assured they aren't gonna get airtime. And now for the standard set of rules...

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS!

Here are some helpful guidelines for getting your question in:

-Make sure we haven't already answered it or something awfully close to it. We're gradually adding a list of topics we covered in previous LEOGs on the main page so you can start using that as a guideline.

-No multiple part questions if you can avoid it.

-Please use your spell check, punctuation, etc.

-DO NOT badger us if we didn't answer your question or keep resubmitting it. That's only gonna make us want to ignore you altogether. We may choose to only answer your question in the forum OR we may have liked your question but wanted to save it for a later LEOG more focused on the subject you were addressing so don't give up hope when your question doesn't appear immediately.

-Try to keep your asking to one question per time. Please. Think through carefully what you want to ask and how you phrase it. A well worded question has a definite leg up on getting in as does one that makes us laugh.

-If you see an animated gif at the top of the page, the questions are closed, so please don't ask any more.

-Comments ON the actual LEOGS should be put on the comments for the LEOG in question itself or in Joseph's LEOG community. Thanks!

Dude go read Transmetropolitan, it's exactly what you're looking for.
The main character is loosely based on Hunter S. Thompson fer pete's sake!
Please settle a bet for me: Matt Wagner's Grendel:
-Awesome exploration of evil/aggression?
-Interesting Supervillain, but at best just an evil Batman?
-Or, self-indulgent psuedo-intellectual tripe that overstayed it's welcome?

Or are we all wrong?
Hey Cyrus! I finally got a decent question to ask the League!!! Ok here it goes, recently i read thunderbolts #128 written by Andy Diggle and drawn by Roberto De La Torre where President elect Barack Obama shows up and meets with Norman Osborn!!! To my surprise it was done really well. My question is: Of all the real life celebrities to show up in a comic book storyline which one was your favorite and why???

Osborn locking horns with Obama =Awesomeness!!!!
Jagr, man, Love ya but we already closed this session. Besides, this issue is Indie books and that's more of a conventional books topic. A good question though and if you ask it again in the next "questions for" post we'll definitely cover it.
What video games would guys like to see be made into a comic book series?
This session...is closed.
My question is a shorter version I tried to pass up on the last one. With Geoff Johns revitalizing a lot of DC Characters lately, do you think his upcoming Superman: Secret Origins is going to really become the definitive take on the origin of Superman as it's being advertised?
I withdraw my question being that I saw it is closed. I'll save it for next time.
CRAP!! I missed this and when i just finally thought of a question to ask. T_T
My question for the LEOG is this; What are your favorite world war 2 films? With Oscar season just around the corner there seems to be a recent string of WW2 films such as, The reader, The boy in striped pajamas, Defiance and the most recent atrocity Valkrie. so what films in the past involving this subject do you like.

love the show and look forward to hearing the next
Too late. Missed the boat. Gotta wait for the next "Questions for Leog" in a week or so.
I'm still pretty new here, so I'm not sure if this is the right place to post a question. Either way, here goes...

Final Crisis #6...Go!
