THIS IS AN EX-QUESTIONS POST!!
Stephen King's It terrified me as a kid. Not only because of the special effects, but because of the adult themes it raises about fear. As an adult, I watch it with anticipation every year now that I can appreciate it, though still scared by it.
What are some of your favorite scary films/mini-series that you could not watch as a kid but love as an adult?
With horror movies today, it seems that many are clamoring for more realistic portrayls of horrorific situations, what with Paranormal Activity rising in the box office charts. Do you guys and gals at LEOG think there is still an chance that more fantastical horror films can still truly scare people in this day and age?
I'm not quite sure that this counts as horror per se but what are some of your favorite Twilight Zone episodes from the original series and/or the 80's revival?
Moving into Halloween, I have a tradition. I watch what I call the 'Halloween trilogy'. I watch the original Halloween, Halloween 2, and Halloween H20. I absolutely hate the 3rd-6th movies, and I truly despise Resurrection and the remakes. I like the original, sequel, and H20 because they deal with the story of Michael chasing his sister. When the series moved away from that, it suffered. I especially like the ending of H20, with (11-year-old spoiler warning) Laurie cutting Michael's head off, killing him and ending the series. However, I have noticed a lot of hate for H20. So, my question is, why do so many people hate H20?
so i just saw the trailer again for Mystery Team and thought that it would be good for the Spill Crew to go see it so demand it
