Uh-oh, a subject-specific Leog. What that means is, if your question isn't about Vertigo comics, this isn't the right place to ask so please don't. And if you do, then we shall mock you. Without mercy.
Of the many film adaptations of Vertigo Comics like A History Of Violence, V For Vendetta, Stardust, and The Fountain, which one of them is your favorite and least favorite and are they any other Vertigo comics that could make good movies?
Greetings League of Extremely Ordinary Gentle-people!
I've just finished Preacher (after you recommended it, thanks!) and it was amazing.
It seems to me that it's one of the quintessential VERTIGO comics, so please just talk about it. Also... do you think there is any chance of Hollywood making a decent movie based on it? I personally only think it would work as a HBO series.
(as long as Mark Steven Johnson isn't involved... *shudder*)
As one of the first if not the first to suggest a Vertigo episode for LEOG, I demand you read my question (just kidding ;) )!
I know for a fact that there are two series that the League is not that familiar with (or if someone is, they have only recently began reading it), those being "Scalped" & "The Unwritten". That said, what if anything does the League think about these books & where do you see them going?
Unlike most comics Vertigo's long line of series have a definite begining, middle and end. What is the League favourite and worst ending to a Vertigo comic.
Hail The League! Hey guys, I've heard you mention The Sandman several times, but really never discuss it in depth. Could you please spend some time on that? Thanks, and Long Live The League!
