If it's crap... We'll tell you

Look, you can stop asking "Who do you think should be in the next Batman movie?" because we are beyond SICK of that question!!! Just stop it! Enough already!! Basta es basta!
(besides, the obvious answer is Robin an the Joker. Duh!)

However, I will tackle a few of the questions so many of you ask me over and over.

1) What do you consider to be the 'Must-Read' graphic novels?

Here's a good starter list of the Best of the Best (a couple clicks should take you to their Amazon listings)

2) You often mention having worked in the comic book industry. What comics did you work on?

Sorry, I'm not gonna post my resume here, but I freelanced for almost every company at one time or another. Possibly the most famous piece was this Spider-man poster that I collaborated on with Todd MacFarlane (which I stupidly forgot to sign).

3) I'd like to draw comics when I grow up. What books should I buy?

There's so many that can help you (mostly photo reference books), but these are the only books you'll ever NEED:

As Always Leon, You Are Dead On With The Required Reading.

I have that poster framed in my room.

It's one of my favorite Spider-Man pieces.

I have been wondering Leon have you ever worked on a comic that had anything to do with Deadpool.

ANYTHING!

Sorry, DP. In fact, I know very little about 'Deadpool' because I always stayed away from everything drawn by Rob Liefeld.

...OH WAIT! I did color one issue of X-Force (I did a horrible job on it), Deadpool might've been in that one.

Please don't get me started on Liefeld!
I have no idea why Marvel let him work on New Mutants.

If you ever get the itch to read a Deadpool story please check out Wolverine Origins #20 - 25. Which is drawn by Steve Dillon and written by Daniel Way.

The one thing you need to know about Deadpool is his a joke within a joke. He was created just so Marvel could make fun of Deathstrike. Marvel goes the extra mile to make a good Deadpool joke like making his series last 69 issues (you need to read the comic to understand).

And now I have to spend my whole day googling to find that issue.

Or you could tell me......PLEASE.

Dammit! That's right after I stopped reading Wolverine:Origins, too.

Issues #20 - 25 along with the Our War story were the only good issues of that comic.

My issue was after that.

What issue?

Since hip-hop currently is far more popular than it's ever been, should mainstream hip-hop artists(Lil Wayne, Gucci Mane, Cam'ron, etc.) change the the subject matters they rap about(drugs, women, money, their swag, etc.)? We've seen this during 0...

I recently saw the trailer for the upcoming film 'Brothers', and I have to say that this film has seriously Oscar winning potential! The cast is tremendously talented, not to mention the 6 time Academy Award nominee director, Jim Sheridan! I was a...
