I enjoy both audio and video reviews, but I can imagine it must be pretty hard for the spill crew to make the animated reviews. They have limited time, money, and people to work on the animation. I actually prefer the audio reviews because they go more in depth into the movies.

i love spill and i know the animated reviews take a lot more time to make than an audio review but i would definitely love to see more anivated reviews......btw i'm patiently waiting for the animated review for book of eli

I agree with you Fungus and I don't mind Audio review at all. I was just saying that if I had to choose between coverage of Comic Con and other side things or having an audio review for all the major films that are out, then I'd take the audio reviews.

There's more audio reviews than video reviews because audio reviews take a fraction of the time. All you do is sit down, record them, edit out a few parts here and there, and bam - you post it.

It's a lot of work to do a 5 minute animation, especially ones as high quality as the ones Spill.com puts out every week. We should all be grateful that Korey and his team put up as many as they do!

And as for which movies get reviewed, I like the way they do things now. They usually pick the movies that people are most looking forward to seeing reviewed. Orphan? The Ugly Truth? Why on Earth would anyone see those movies, let alone want to see them reviewed? (only half joking) Plus, Spill has a great community of fans and friends that will usually post text reviews of the less-anticipated movies.

In a perfect world, they'd be able to animate every single movie that came out because I'd love to watch one every day (that's how great they are). But in the real world, we should all be thankful to Korey and the rest of the people at Spill.com for the amount of hard work they put in every week bringing us all quality entertainment.

Quality over quantity, I say.

Yeah, I don't think that the video reviews have slowed down for any lame reason, but even then, I'm sure both us and them prefer not to rush things. I love the reviews, but as Legato Blue said, they're free. I watch them when they come, that's all.

While I appreciate them doing stuff like getting interviews at Comic Con.. I would much rather see them do more review. For instance, Orphan and The Ugly Truth came out this week (and those are pretty major) and yet I have not seen a review for either one thus far.

I only joined this so i could comment...

Leave Korey alone. The Spill crew doesn't have to do shit. I accept this site as the gift that it is. Free entertainment.

The only time i'll bitch is when they do sumthing i don't like, that actually requires work on their behalf.

So no Korey, I don't want you to make more video's if you have to stress over them.
