It could be the most obvious of them all: Bruce Wayne/Batman. Think of the psychological havoc that would wreak with Superman, Nightwing, Wonder Woman... in fact, almost all of the heroes.

They could also mess with Elongated Man and/or his wife Sue.

Bruce Wayne/Batman won't be a Black Lantern. He is not dead. He was sent back in time. We will have a new Batman, but Time Drake will figure it all out and bring Bruce Wayne back. Bart Allen would be cool, but he is brought back to life in Final Crsis Legion of 3 Words. It was also said he will be in Flash Rebirth.
