Is the Boondocks being released this tuesday going to be incomplete?

Today I was looking though the sale papers for the different stores when I saw that the second season of the Boondocks and the ad says 13 episodes. Well if that's the case then to me it's a incomplete Dvd set. That ad was from Best Buy. The Ciruit City Ad says 15 episodes. Now I can't see myself pay 35 dollars this week for 13 episodes, I would wait untill it goes on saleat half price but if it does contain the two missing episodes, then i'll buy it this week. so who know the truth?
