Friday meet up before the party?
I am planning a friday night meet up for dinner at a Carlyle suggested restaurant called Threadgill's .
Now I am I trying to figure if we need reservations or not and that depends on how many people we got going. Meet up time will be 7pm.
Five dining areas with capacity from 15 to 100 people.
First off we have this
15-20 people: The “Janis Joplin Room” is semi-private, filled with Janis Joplin memorabilia.
If we get more than 20+ people wanting to go we need to look into theses rooms.
20-30 people: The “Lone Star Room” is entirely private, perfect for small gathering or meeting.
30-45 people: The “Porch” is semi-private, filled with Threadgill’s memorabilia.
50-100+ people: “Kenneth Threadgill’s Place” is entirely private and has a stage.
A full range of menu and bar options are available.
FYI..
I talked to the manager and she told me no deposit is required if we are not not staying longer then 3 to 4 hours but a head count is needed.

You know I'm in. But, Ren I a vegetarian and going to the steak house for me is hard, only because they might or may not have something I can eat. Either way I don't care. I'm going to look. ;)

Fuck. Pony up for a cab and do a Traditional Austin Location like Starseeds (20 blocks south of the hotel) or Threadgills off of North Lamar.

I personally don't mind since I am getting a rental car, although I have fears of getting lost LOL, but I am waiting to here what other people have to say and see who's up for it.
