It would seem things have gone to hell in a hand basket and I regretfully give up.

I am officially retiring from fighting spam and phishing scams on Spill.

I fought the good fight and I know a few of you out there still do, but my time has become better served outside of the internet in working for a better life.  I will be here still and update some groups and chat with anyone who writes me, but fighting spam and fraud/phishing profiles is a time gone for me now.  I am truly sorry.

There are too many profiles out there right now that have gotten past the line of defense {if there is any line of defense still} and by now number in the 100's easily.  

I had hopes that members of the Spill crew with admin powers would have noticed the obvious names of some of these Spammers and bad member profiles as they joined the site and would of removed/banned them, so they would better protect the members of this site who do not know any better from these kinds of people. But alas, they are busy and overloaded as well with their own lives and work load.  So a lot spam and other things are pouring into the site unchecked as far as I can see and tell.

It is my hope that some of you new and old members can and will continue in a battle that will quite literally never end.  Although I cannot blame those you throw in the towel as well.  

If any of you who read this want to know how to properly fight and report REAL spam and phishing scams on this site.  Always feel free to contact me and I will show you how I personally did it and was successful in spotting and reporting it so the spam and or phishing scam got removed.

This will be my last post in this group I am sorry to say.  

I will always miss the times when we were at full strength and NOT ONE spammer of phishing scam got through.  To those of you who fought by my side.  I salute and thank you.
