oh yea, i saw this a couple of weeks ago, one of the first rumours i heard was that the sequel would be from the army's point of view and that you'd find out a little more about where the monster came from, but i wouldn't relie on any of this, to be honest i liked the fact that you never found out where the monster came from, i liked the mystery of not knowing what it was, and to make a sequel of such a great movie i think would hurt it's potential of being a future classic. im not saying they shouldn't make a sequel i just think they should really concentrate on the aspects the fans of the first movie liked the most.
hey look on the bright side, it seems that he geniunly only wants to make Cloverfield 2 if he thinks it will be good enough, better than rushing out a pile of shit.
