I have two favorite lines, both from Elfen lied though.
Bando: (about to be castrated) WHAT DOES THE FATE OF MANKIND HAVE TO DO WITH THE FATE OF MY BALLS?!?!
Arakawa: (after being shot) Is this all there is for me? An anonymous virgin bleeding to death on the floor!
As for fave scene. Probably the opening of elfen lied, the first 8-9 minutes are a thrill ride.
Either that or a certain persons failure at the end of Death note. Yeah, that really went "Just as planned" didn't it. I love seeing people fall from grace. :) -
