I didn't like the first movie because of how they tried to mash elements of all the games into one and forgot that each part relied on others. An example being that you an have Pyramidhead without James.
I have low expectations for this one. But they could win me over if they don't make it a sequel to the first movie and make a stand alone story, with new characters and settings. Hopfully involing the dark as the last one was too bright to really be scary.
