The ending scene of First Blood between Trautman and Rambo. It was one of the most unexpected, bold, and touching scenes in movie history. Rambo, the ultimate fighter, breaking out in tears.

There was an alternate ending where Rambo is actually shot and killed.

The eyes in the mud in the waterfall scene. I still go Oh shit when i see that.

When Rambo escape's the police station & rough's up some cop's on the way out the door & then the awesome car/motorbike chase afterwards.
