For me, it's Space Mutiny. Absolutely Hilarious. "Manos, Hands of Fate" comes in a close second.

My favorite is the first one I ever saw, Crash of the Moons, with a General Hospital short. For god's sake, it had John (Sgt. Schultz) Banner in it! The Hogan's Heroes jokes were flying...
