Listen, I know people go nuts for Toy Story and Finding Nemo but we've seen toys and animals with secret lives before. Heck, we saw that on TV before they even thought of those two movies. They were ok but nothing new.
Monsters Inc now was so original, it's crazy! Think about it. It's a movie about the scary monster we all thought, as kids, was living in the closet and/or under the bed. We were afraid of it but the movie shows us that they were actually more afraid of us and that the only reason they did it was because out screams was electricity for their world. That's an amazing story! Completely and totally original!
Without a doubt, Monsters Inc is Pixar's best movie.
