Big John McCarthy said that it looked like Mike Cook was coming back into consciousness (Reason for the shaking) but he end up out.

Sorry, Bally, but that fight looks fixed to me. I've never seen someone react to a guillotine like that. And the explanations about his body shaking like a fish due to KO-aftershock? Normally, I might buy it, but not here.

Bobby Lashley Vs Mike Cook fight for the Canadian promotion MFC (Maximum Fighting Championship):

One of the rules in life, never make fun of a former pro wrestlers past profession when he can actually kick your ass. Seriously, don't make fun of Bobby Lashley and his pro wrestling background. The former WWE star said he was incensed by the fact that his opponent Mike Cook came to the ring in a lucha libre mask a la Nacho Libre.

Lashley is generally a polite, sportsman but he refused to touch gloves with Cook:

I've seen 2 trailers for a movie titled Red Canvas, it stars Ernie Reyes, Jr who was the star of an old Disney kung fu series Sidekicks as well as the horrible Surf Ninjas, the movie also features Frank Shamrock. The fight scenes actually look decent, I'd watch this over Never Back Down:

Looks like Eddie Alvarez V. Masvidal in the finals is off.
Comment by Kimura-Triangle on May 3, 2009 at 7:20pm
Holy shit, B. That's.... definitely something I've never seen before. Masvidal's a talented kid, but he's still one of those guys like Melvin Guillard who'll 1) underestimate guys a lot, and 2) get pissed off/emotional during fights and get caught.

Not too take anything away from Imada's finish though. That's some really impressive heart right there.

Check this finish out :)

lol when I was younger, I hated Sakuraba and I honestly don't know why. The only thing I could make an educated guess at was his bright orange shorts. lol i didn't make the most educated choices on fighters when i was a wee lad did I?

He sure did, I wouldn't say Fedor is unbeatable (there's a weakness in everyone) but I would dare say he's the best Mixed Martial Artist ever since the sport was founded (although Sakuraba is still my all time favorite)

Fedor's one loss was a bunch of crap for one, and it was avenged. It was crap because the blood wasn't gonna get in his eye, and he never had a chance to fight after that. The rules for that tourney or wahtever said no blood or something weird like that so since they couldn't immediately stop the blood, the fight was over. Needless to say he got his revenge pretty strongly for that "loss"
