Will there ever be a Kingdom Hearts 3?

As I keep waiting for a small glimmer of hope that the announcement will come, I keep finding rumors and other various things that say that KH3 isn't even in the mind set of anyone yet. So one must wonder, will a new Kingdom Hearts ever come to pass?
