I agree insomuch as Mika could rejuvenate the band; bringing his youth, energy and creativity to the group. I've never been a fan of the Queen+ phenomenon (not even the + Paul Rodgers incarnation). They're nice bits to get your fix of May awesomeness, but the lack of a lead singer's permenance always leaves me thinking there's no heart in it... maybe it's just me.
You know I'm going to say this right now I don't want ANYONE to replace Freddie Mercury that short of a complete clone from his DNA. Other than that it'll be just a cheap imitation. I understand the band wants to keep their music alive and keep Freddie's spirit alive, but they shouldn't replace him.
You can't replace an Artist even with another Artist , every individual artist's work stands alone (especially Freddy Mercury) as a reflection of the times they lived in. That being the case let this Adam cat make his own legacy ,there is plenty to reflect on these days.
