I doubt it will finish the moment that reveal the mother. Its gonna play out like the Stella arc. Them dating, getting married and having kids. Lily and Marshal having kids, Barney and Robins relationship. Even if they were to reveal the mother at the end of this season, I'd expect a whole 3 more season after that.
