This is the first Weekend Drink Special post.  The idea here is to go back into the vault to find a sweet Happy Hour playthrough from the past to help fill those needs on weekends when new content on the site slows down, also to throw out some video game deals found around the web and a F2P PC game pick.

So, for the first throwback Happy Hour, I highly recommend listening to the Bulletstorm playthrough.  Harsh news though, Epic recently confirmed that Bulletstorm 2 has been cancelled.  http://my.spill.com/profiles/blogs/the-loading-bar-presents-jeff-an...

Might be the most fun Happy Hour ever!

So, on to our gaming deals.  These will almost always be PC oriented, but a console game may pop up eventually.

You can grab The Witcher 1 : Enhanced Director's Cut from GOG.com for all of $4.99 this weekend.  http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/the_witcher

GOG.com also has some other games on sale, they specialize in PC classics, but nothing on the list this weekend really makes me excited, but maybe there is a gem there for you.  http://www.gog.com/promo/nordic_charge

And Lastly, we have our Free To Play (F2P) PC Game pick.  When playing most all F2P games, one has to remember the company is trying to get you to buy stuff.  Almost all of the F2P games are limited to what you can do in the game until you fork up real cash, and our picks are going to try to stay away from those that really put the clamps on the free players.

This week's game is, so far, the greatest F2P game ever, Team Fortress 2.  Originally a game one had to pay for, the game is now free to all to download and play and free players have no handcuffs or limits.  Valve has made this free and comes with no strings attached, sure some item pick ups need a key to open them which must be bought, but you can easily play the game without bothering to open those crates ever and still get tons of stuff to change the weapons and items your guy uses.
