One of the worst things to do if you want to become a director, actor or screenwriter (or anything really) is to talk about how much you want to do it. Because the more you're talking, the less you're doing. If you really want it, you should be doing something. Now. Yes, I know, we're all lazy. It sucks to actually do something, but you have to. Otherwise, you'll be one of those guys. Who talks. And doesn't do.

As for me, I'm working on writing a web series that I hope to work on late spring/early summer. I'm trying to connect with people to get opinions on the script/act/help work on it. Also, I'm rationing money off my paycheck to build a budget for it.

So what are you guys doing to build towards it? And, if possible, how can any of us help?

Well, I'm preparing to write my first script entitled "Mi Cosa Nostra es su Cosa Nostra". It's a dark mob comedy that's going to give me chance to pay homage to my favorite genre: crime and gangster films.

The movie is the product for my senior project, which I've already written the paper for, entitled "The Life, Films, and Influence of Martin Scorsese".
I have recently completed my 3rd screenplay and am having the hardest time finding an agent. I know I have completed enough work now to warrant an agent but I am finding that without living in L.A and not knowing anyone in the Biz it is very difficult to get your work read by top people in the industry

I'm writing. Countless projects, really. Lots and lots of directions, leaving my imagination with endless story fodder. Otherwise, I'm always trying to figure out how I would shoot certain scenes in the town I live. As well as designing and building camera rigs and equipment.
