been a while since ive stoped in here. well i just recently made the BEST philly cheese steak sandwhiches. i got myself a 3lb cut of beef tenderloin, grilled some onions and peppers, then i butterflyed the tender loin and filled it with the onions and pepper and added provolone cheese, then i tied it all shut and threw it on the grill for like 20 min. i let it sit for a lil while and tosted some bread on the grill as well. sliced up the meat and had at it!! best sandwhich ever!!
