When Spidey was trying to save Bryce Dallas Howard as they were both falling through all the rubble. I also liked every scene with venom.

the end battle. the part where veom had spidy tied down on the bar.

Harry's dead(knowing we will never see him along with the music make me almost cry). But then the last scene with MJ and Peter is sad.. they embrace with uncertainty about the future. (let's home there's no ONE MORE DAY down the line..Aunt may really needs to die)

My favourite scene is that fight at Harry's house with Evil Spidey and Harry.

I liked all of the action scenes. Especially when Peter fights Harry, catches the explosive, throws it at his face and it explodes!

The birth of Sandman. That was beautiful. Also the scene where Spidey and Venom are falling down and fighting at the same time. Brief but kinda cool.

When the symbiote and Eddie get blown to smithereens. Awesome, especially when Eddie's freakish addiction to the suit gets the best of him.
