@domonique lawson, after I used my thane powers to clear my name it never came back and Lydia is still alive on mine, thinks its a one time thing

finally cured myself of Vampirism which in turns lets me back in on quests and the college I couldn't get into before so it's back to badass wandering around being a badass in badassland!

I had to reload an autosave to get the bards college quest, guess it just bugged
