Wow, Noaki Urasawa gets his second Best Continuing Series Nomination with 20th Century Boys (his first was for Monster which lost to All Star Superman) as well as a nomintation for Best Writer/Artist possibly a first for a manga author on both counts. Both 20th Century Boys and another Urasawa title Pluto: UrasawXTezuka for Best U.S. Edition of International Material-Asia
