CRIME DRAMAs
With the new season about to start in a few weeks, I started thinking about what shows I was looking forward to most. Surprise surprise a good chunk of my most anticipated is Crime Drama related programming. Shows like BONES, Criminal Minds, NCIS, and Castle (and SOO much more).

Oh um they are both ITV shows. Al the seasons of Wire in the Blood were shown in the US. In fact U got the last season before we did. WTF? lol.
This means it will be on DVD over there too. Not sure if Rebus made it there.

Here's two shows shown over here in the UK. Thet are both novel adapts of two long running book series.
The first is Rebus, written by Scots crime writter Ian Rankin. They were 20 books, and I think about 10 TV shows of it.
The second is Wire in the Blood. Aapted by Scottish crime writter Val McDermid (my aren't we a bunch of talented and dark folk) Wire in the Blood is a very dark and disturbing look into a killer's mind. It is pretty much a UK version if Criminal Minds, only darker and bloodier. It ran for 6 seasons but has now been cancled. =<. But hell, the books will still come out and it never gets old to rewatch. =>

This is my fave crime drama show right now. It is dark but has funny moments too. Has intresting characters both in terms of the main cast and the "unsub" who ever that may be for the featured episode.
