I just got this game this morning & I must say waiting a whole six months & watching any kind of gameplay footage that I could find has surely fuck'n paid off. The game's story line is that it's Princess Peach's (I remember her name being Toadstool when I was little) birthday. Just before digging into her giant ass birhtday cake, Bowser jr. & The Koopalings (remember them from Super Mario Bros.3 & Super Mario World?) toss the cake on the princess & run off with her (now inside of the cake) to bowser jr.'s airship in which escape with Mario, Luigi & two toads are now following closley behind them. The game is what you would expect, a classic Mario game just with a mixture of 3-d character model's in a retro 2-d perspective. If you enjoyed bolth Mario 3 & Mario World (Nes & Snes) growing up through the 80's & 90's then I highly reccomend that you buy this game!
My rating: worth every fuck'n penny a.k.a. Buy it!
