Am I the only who thinks the Mass Effect franchise has turned into flame bait for everyone? It seems that when everyone talks about the 3rd one or even the second one, people get into mudslinging and going on nasty rants about how much the first one was better, multiplayer is an evil idea, EA "ruining" the franchise and other such things.

Damn it, That's just what I was thinking! It kind of pisses me off that a company like Bioware who has a near spotless track record gets such a whiny, bitchy self entitled fanbase who overreacts and complains over the slightest thing that doesn't fit their own vision of what Mass Effect 3 should be.

Also, what the fuck happened over the last year? When Mass Effect 2 came out pretty much everybody, critics and public alike said it was one of the greatest games ever made, but over time we get this VERY vocal minority that says it's the worst sequel ever, or the worst RPG ever or other such nonsense, seriously WTF is going on?

What also pisses me off is the guys who already decided that Mass Effect 3 sucks, even thought I''m pretty sure that they haven't played it yet, over a leaked script that isn't even really a script, I mean I would like to know how they managed to understand even the most basic plot points, because it doesn't have any context, you don't know who is saying the dialogue to who, where the scene is taking place, or anything that's going on.

Sorry that was a long rant, but I really wanted to get that off my chest...

Since we're on the subject of Mass Effect, Paragon or Renegade? Who did you romance? Did you get everyone through the suicide mission? Tell us all about it.

Thank you. I think the main reason is not just because of the changed gameplay, but also the fact Dragon Age 2 came out and that just made the Bioware fanbase explode into a million late pieces. Imagine the Mass Effect 2 reaction but tenfold. That and it could be just the fact that they're with EA and we all know how people feel about EA.

Got three Sheps: Kane (Spacer/Ruthless, Paragon, Solider now Infiltrator, Jack), Charlotte (Colonial/War Hero, Paragon, Infiltrator, Thane) and Natasha (Renegade but with a heart of gold, Colonial/Ruthless, Adept now Sentinel, Liara).
