I was leaning towards byakuya, but I think I have to give the edge to Grimmjow, or Ulquiorra.

Aizen and Ichigo. Aizen mainly because of a sweet arc I read in Manga that the anime hasn't gotten to yet. It shows more pasts of various characters including him. It's insane how much of what's happening has been planned and in the works by him over 100 years before what's happening currently in the show.

For me it's Hotness V.S. Badassery. It's between Orhime

and Ichigo's Inner Hollow

But I found something that combines the two into one and it's just as disturbing as it sounds
