Batman is a Ninja folks!!! A shinobi, soooo he thinks five moves past his opponent. I don't think IronMan would ever see what Batman's first move would be. An EMP would be my first thought. The thing is, Batman Has crazy ass Ironman suits as well! It's not like he needs them though.

i have been having this debate with my nephew (who is 7btw) for the past few months. 

 

BY FAR iron man is more BAD ASS.  at times Batman can act like a little bitch.  Iron man KNOWS he is the shit and does not appologise for it.

No dought the bat takes the second round. His sequel killed it in the box office however I do believe the Joker has to really take the credit on this one.

 

Lets see what happens in the third. Don't forget Iron man has the Avenger movie coming up as well, starts filming next month and the Justice League seemed to have been doomed before it could even get off the ground.

There's still over a week before "The Dark Knight" hits theaters.

Yet with almost all of the 1,500 midnight Thursday night showings next week sold out, theaters have been adding 3am and 6am pre-opening showtimes to meet demand.

In my opinon I think Iron Man would kick the shit out of Batman. At the box office however I believe the bat will take it, to date Iron Man has made $563,821,252 worldwide (almost 10 weeks).
