My brothers are both mechanics, fact my brother from Mass is coming up to put a new vapor canister in my 99 Neon so we can get a sticker on it....pain in the butt.  My brother has tried for two months to find a used one and he knows EVERYONE!, so now I gotta shell out 95.00 for it and drive back to Plastow NH to get it re checked....I miss my Subaru!
