If it's crap... We'll tell you

Anybody care to share on what they use as supplements, I've used the Joe Weider and Twinlab products for the last couple of years and wasn't too thrilled about the stuff. I was lucky enough to find YORhealth products online and i'm very pleased for the moment. Is there anything else out there I should look into (only natural not chemical).

Water, Milk,ton's of vegetables & fruits, orange juice, egg's, Booster juice & little bit of meat. Later followed by a 1 mile & a half walk (make sure to drink alot of water, wear the right clothes & bring a ipod or any mp3 player therefore your not bored).
