Is anyone here besides me in love with the Ranma 1/2 series? It a manga that was created by the same author/artist as Inyuyasha. There are definite similarities in the characters and the artwork. The Ranma series revolves around a few key characters, where some of them go through an interesting transformation. The main guy is Ranma. A guy who turns into a girl when hit with cold water. There are tons of implausible situations and awkward moments. Check this out. You can read the manga online at www.mangahut.com.
After Sailor Moon, Ranma 1/2 was the second manga/anime I ever discovered. I remember the first manga i ever read was Ranma 1/2 vol.10 and thinking this was the best thing ever created; so funny, and I loved the characters.
Props to you for mentioning Ranma, everyone is lately into the newer animes. lol, I actually have a p-chan pendant that I cherish!
You got a P-chan pendant? That's awesome. I can't remember when I started the manga, but the last volume I read was the first. I've started reading it again now.
The first volume was the first manga i have ever read. It was a time when I never knew the difference between comics and mangas. And of course I have to say the story is fantastic in both comedy and drama.
I watched most of the Series (own 1-5, 2 Movies and the OVA) and read all the fan translation. The concept is weird, the execution is weird, the characters are weird but it all so lovable, I have really read a manga since.
When its comes to the tv show I loved the 1st and 2nd series which followed the manga closely with multiple episode story arcs and lots of internal through. The arrt with the lest mature female design also appealled.
In australia it was very hard to obtain this anime had to import it (based on around 5 years ago) it now being released by Madman
This is for Spillers who like going out regularly like myself. From now on I will regularly organize nights out with other Spillers and we'll do a pub crawl, go bar hopping or go out clubbing. These are not Spill Parties. These are Spill Outs
