Would you guys recommend Batman: Arkham City?

Long time RPG player but I am hearing rave reviews for this game. Just wondering if it would be a good addition for a PC gamer when it comes out in mid November even though I will most likely be knee deep in Skyrim by then. Never played the first by the way.

Too much tech can be a birch, I never liked the T9 function, or whatever it's called today. I spent as much, or more time correcting it than if I would have just typed out the whole world myself.
