Not actually movie related, but a few years ago I had a nightmare I was trapped in the Thomas show universe, it was kind of like a Truman Show-esque hell, from where you couldn't run out and you were forced to do trivial train related tasks for the rest of eternity.
Something always seemed evil about that show, like everybody would spend all the time doing, thinking and talking about nothing to snuff out the horrible and frightening truth.
I once had a dream that I brutally killed Helen Hunt. Her and Mel Gibson were living in a beautiful white mansion with polished white alabaster everything. I could see my grimy boots and my hands holding a shotgun as I walked up the amazingly huge staircase. My vision kept switching from first person to some sort of cinematic view of people I wasn't around. Mel and Helen were in their enormous white bedroom. He gets up to leave and I see myself entering through another door. Some sort of time lapse happens and Mel comes back in to the bedroom but Helen is gone. He can see a leg sticking out of the bathroom door, but for some reason it's near the ceiling.
When he enters the bathroom there are Helen Hunt bits covering the wall. There's no blood and nothing on the floor. Imagine that someone smashed a big lifelike doll and mosaic'd it all over a bathroom. He stares around at it and touches a piece with half of an eye on it. That causes is to fall down...which reveals that the goo blood and gore was the glue holding it up. All of the bits start to ooze off the walls, everything gets very bloody, Mel Gibson is bawling while scooping up the chunks, and I wake up worried about my own sanity....and curious on how one would do such a creative yet brutal murder with a shotgun.
I watched Night of the living dead, Dawn of the Dead (original), Dawn of the Dead (Remake) all in a row one night. There is nothing wrong with watching these, but I had too much to drink.
I dreamed that I was living in a forest and that I was bitten by a zombie. All of a sudden, some time had passed, next scene, so to speak, I found myself walking to a big city to visited a friend. My friend wasn't there, instead her niece opened the door and as it turns out she was a zombie too. Her lips were gone and her teeth were chiped, probably from eating flesh right down to the bone. This is weird because my friends niece has a chipped tooth from running in the kitchen.
Anyways, I had to put on a really nice suit because I had to blend in with the regular non-zombie people and I didn't want them to shoot me with shotguns. By this time I was all rotted away and I had no insides, just a rib cage with sparcely disributed flesh, but it was a really nice suit, but I digress. It was at this time that I had noticed I had been dead a while and they were gonna sell my house in the woods, I tried to get it back but the guy was already moved in, so I lost it and grabbed him by the shoulders and shouted right in to his face, "Look they kill people like me!" He didn't care, he got a good deal and I was technically dead.
it's not exactly a nightmare, but when I was in my early teens (14-ish), I watched Children of the Corn and Pet Semitary within a two week period and couldn't sleep for a month.
This is a simple VLOG I recorded after seeing the new James Cameron film. Here's my thoughts:
And furthermore: The more I think about this movie, the more I hate it. They couldn't settle for beating us over the head with environmental propaganda,…
